The Downtown Development
Authority is pleased to offer MATCHING GRANTS to fund
building facade improvements. Each building in the Downtown
District is eligible to apply for a grant. MDDA will provide
35% of the cost of improving a building façade. The maximum
grant, however, is $10,000. Under certain circumstances,
however, the grant may be as much as $15,000 or as much as
50% of the project cost.
