TEMPORARY OUTDOOR SEATING FOR RESTAURANTS
In accordance with Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s signed Executive Order 2020-110 and the City of Mason Ordinance 229, both of June 1, 2020, restaurants wishing to re-open safely and expand temporary outdoor seating may do so provided they follow the State guidance and receive the necessary local, county and state permits.
For Temporary Outdoor Seating, the City of Mason has created a streamlined permit review process.
