The City of Mason's 20-Year Master Plan was adopted by City Council on September 18, 2023 after adoption by the Planning Commission on September 12, 2023. Thank you to everyone who joined us in conversation, focus groups, and the survey!

The City of Mason’s 20-Year Master Plan serves as a guidebook to help elected officials and staff decide how to direct funding for infrastructure and services, and how to manage future growth based upon the community’s unified vision. We are now updating our ordinances related to Zoning, Signs, Subdivisions, Historic Preservation, Planning, and Short-term Rentals.
