The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) interprets and grants variances from provisions of the zoning code; conducts hearings and resolves disputes regarding decisions of the zoning official. The Board meets as-needed and member terms are for three years.
Authority: Established through a city ordinance, recorded as Chapter 94-361 of the City Code of Ordinances.
